R&R Wellness Solutions is a complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) business that offers both reflexology and colon hydrotherapy.
We are the only choice for colonics in the Lethbridge area, and have been pioneering the synergies of colon hydrotherapy and reflexology.
We are excited to welcome you to our brand new office location in Lethbridge.
Despite the new ‘digs’, R&R continues to offer the one-on-one personalized care and attention you have come to expect, just in a comfortable new office space.
Timeline
- June 2014 – R&R Reflexology started operations as a home-based reflexology practice in Stirling, AB.
- December 2014 – Services were expanded to include colon hydrotherapy.
- June 2015 – R&R placed 3rd in the Chinook Entrepreneurial Business Challenge
- July 2015 – R&R Reflexology was rebranded to R&R Wellness Solutions
- August 2015 – R&R Wellness Solutions opened its first office location at Suite #103, 434 – 7th Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta. Sharing the space with Cris Robinson, Nutritionist.
Tamara and her family have been apart of the Southern Alberta community for years. She understands the unique needs of the many diverse people that call Lethbridge and Area home.
Tamara has always had an aptitude for healing and wellness, gravitating to natural, alternative methods.
Although this caring and compassion has manifested in many ways, she took steps to fully certify as a professional Foot Reflexology Practitioner and Colon Hydro Therapist to further pursue her passion.
Owner and practitioner, Tamara Herbst is fueled by a passion for healing and has instilled her knowledge, kindness and integrity into her wellness practice.
